How to Connect Instagram in the System?

• To connect your Instagram business page to BotBuz, follow the same steps as you did for connecting your Facebook page. Here’s how:

Step 1:

• Click on Connect: Under the instagram option on BotBuz, click the Connect button.

Step 2:

• Select Your Business Portfolio: You will be prompted to select the business portfolio you would like to connect to BotBuz. Choose the appropriate portfolio, then click Continue.

Step 3:

• Choose Your Instagram Pages: Select the Instagram pages you want BotBuz to access. You can select multiple pages if necessary. Once done, click Continue.

Step 4:

• Select Your Instagram Account: Choose the Instagram account you would like BotBuz to access, then click Continue.

Step 5:

• Confirm Account Access: Confirm the Instagram account you want BotBuz to access. If you need to remove any accounts, go back to the previous step and deselect them. Click Continue to proceed.

Step 6:

• Review Permissions: Review the permissions BotBuz is requesting. If everything is correct, click Save to confirm.

Step 7:

• Complete Connection: Your Instagram business page is now connected to BotBuz! Click the Got it button to finish.

• Now that you’re connected to BotBuz, the next step is to link your Instagram business page. This configuration ensures that BotBuz can interact with the specific business page of your choice. If you manage multiple Instagram business pages, select the one you wish to connect.

Step 8:

• Navigate to the Configuration section next to Channel.
• Find your business page listed and link it to BotBuz by selecting the page you want to access.

• Once your Instagram page is connected, you will see details such as the page name, link, business category, and page ID.
